IVR SURVEY RESEARCH

Using IVR technology enables one to conduct in-depth surveys that capture responses to both closed and open-ended questions. Respondents simply call a toll free number and answer a set of professionally pre-recorded questions through touch-tone input or verbatim voice capture.

Many types of marketing research studies are suitable for IVR. These include attitude studies, customer satisfaction studies, clinical trials, recruitment, screening, advertising research studies, employee studies, and tracking studies.

IVR can incorporate complex skip patterns and question rotation to minimize biased responses. Automated surveys using Interactive Voice Response may actually offer timing and cost advantages over other survey methods. IVR can be utilized alone or in conjunction with other data collection methodologies.
