TELEPHONE SURVEY RESEARCH

CSRS has a 40 telephone in-house data collection center. We have extensive experience with Consumer and Business-to-Business Telephone Research. CSRS believes it must customize its efforts to address the special needs of individual clients and their unique studies. CSRS has also worked on numerous long-term health related projects that deal with sensitive topics. On these projects our emphasis is to recruit and train interviewers who could establish a rapport with respondents across several ethnic groups and lifestyles while questioning them about a highly sensitive subject. CSRS provides intensive interviewer training prior to the start of the project, and throughout the duration of the project as necessary. CSRS quality control monitoring establishes a method to both ensure that interviewers are properly conducting the interview and to allow our clients to listen to interviews.

CSRS is a licensed user of Computers for Marketing Corporation (CFMC) Survent CATI software, and utilizes this software on our Novell Network dedicated to CATI interviewing. The CATI questionnaires are programmed to automatically direct interviewers to follow the appropriate sequence of questions, to handle rotations, randomizations, quotas and project specific calling rules.
